Lou Gang, Founder and Chairman of Hensong Capital, has over 20 years of experience in both primary and secondary capital markets in China and internationally. He previously served as Vice President at Franklin Templeton Investments and Managing Director at Morgan Stanley Asia. As one of the first financial professionals from Mainland China to work in Hong Kong, Mr. Lou was named Financial Personality of the Year by China Business Network in 2016. He is also a part-time professor and mentor at both the School of Business and the School of Finance at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.Mr. Lou is widely recognized as a thought leader with deep insights into macroeconomic and industry trends in China and abroad. He is a financial leader with hands-on experience in both international investment and Chinese industrial operations. In addition, he is a prominent financial commentator and speaker, expert in business model innovation, cross-border M&A transactions, and international negotiation.Mr. Lou holds a Bachelor’s degree from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and a Master’s degree from the inaugural Financial EMBA program at the PBC School of Finance, Tsinghua University.

Mi Fei is responsible for project investment and management in Beijing and surrounding areas. She serves as a mentor for the Finance MBA program at Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (CKGSB). Her previous professional experience includes roles at the National Cultural Heritage Administration, Motorola China, and Meituan, and she has extensive experience in internet entrepreneurship. She was recognized as an Outstanding Female Investor on the 2022 CBN Equity Value List, and is a member of Investor F40, a distinguished group of young investors in China.Her investment focus centers on early-stage opportunities in the digital economy and healthcare technology sectors. She has led investments in companies including LvYue Group, Lingkong Tianxing, Xizhi Technology, Yuguang Technology, KuaFu Fried Skewers, MAOPEA, and Wisdom Dust.

南開大學數學學士，吉林大學經濟學碩士，長江商學院FMBA2009級、CEO17期，清華五道口金融學院EMBA12期、科學企業家8期。 曾任長江商學院金融MBA校友會創始會長、北京校友會副會長、金融學會秘書長。 中國首批保薦代表人，擁有25年投行及投資經驗，擅長中後期股權投資。 曾擔任中信證券投行委及金石投資執行總經理、中信直接投資組負責人; 在負責投資業務期間，完成咗30余家企業嘅投資同退出工作。 2015年創立鈦信資本，主持完成了奧美醫療（ 002950 ）、道通科技（ 688208 ）、海光信息（ 688041 ）、華大智造（ 688114 ）、英諾賽科（ 02577 ）、奕斯伟材料、盛合晶微、道通智能等全球龍頭企業的投資; 多次獲評投中信息、證券時報、融資中國、投資家網等行業權威機構为年度最佳投資人为榮譽。

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Nankai University, a Master's degree in Economics from Jilin University, and has completed the FMBA Class of 2009 and CEO Program (17th cohort) at Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (CKGSB), as well as the EMBA Class 12 and Technology Entrepreneur Program (8th cohort) at the PBC School of Finance, Tsinghua University. He previously served as Founding President of the CKGSB Finance MBA Alumni Association, Vice President of the CKGSB Beijing Alumni Association, and Secretary-General of the Finance Society.As one of the first Certified Sponsors in China’s capital markets, he has over 25 years of experience in investment banking and private equity, with expertise in mid- to late-stage equity investment. He served as Executive General Manager of CITIC Securities Investment Banking Committee and Goldstone Investment, and led CITIC’s Direct Investment team. During his tenure, he successfully completed investment and exit transactions for over 30 companies.In 2015, he founded Titan Capital, where he led investments in numerous global industry leaders including Oumeng Medical (002950), Autel Robotics (688208), Hygon Information Technology (688041), MGI Tech (688114), Innoscience (02577), ESWIN Materials, SICD Microelectronics, and Autel Intelligent.
