曾獲4座投資「金牛獎」，是香港獲得金牛獎最多的基金經理之一。曾任國泰基金管理有限公司國際業務部負責人、國泰全球（香港）投資公司執行董事負責人。原招商資產管理（香港）有限公司行政總裁兼招商基金管理有限公司國際投資委員會主任委員。在專業期刊發表金融、資產管理、投資等相關領域論文數十篇。擁有北京大學雙學士，碩士，哥倫比亞大學MBA，及金融博士學位。

He has won four "Golden Bull Award" investments, and is one of the fund managers in Hong Kong who has won the most Golden Bull Awards. He previously served as the head of the international business department of Guotai Fund Management Co., Ltd. and the executive director-in-charge of Guotai Global (Hong Kong) Investment Co., Ltd. He also served as the chief executive officer of Changxiao Asset Management (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. and the chairman of the international investment committee of Changxiao Fund Management Co., Ltd. He has published dozens of papers in professional journals in the fields of finance, asset management, and investment. He holds a double bachelor's degree from Peking University, a master's degree, an MBA from Columbia University, and a PhD in finance.

Chan Yue Chu 朱振宇

朱振宇先生於2024年起在HashKey香港交易所任職銷售總監，負責交易所機構及高凈值使用者的拓展。在加入HashKey之前，他在招銀國際，瑞士信貸，中金等大型投資銀行擁有近20年服務傳統金融機構的管理經驗。

Mr. Zhu Zhenyu will serve as the Sales Director at HashKey Hong Kong Exchange starting in 2024, responsible for expanding the exchange's client base among institutional and high-net-worth users. Prior to joining HashKey, he had nearly two decades of experience in managing relationships with traditional financial institutions at major investment banks such as China Merchants International, Credit Suisse, and China Renaissance.

Yan Sung 宋昕

應用經濟學博士，曾擔任廣東省政府金融控股平臺--- 廣東粵財投資控股有限公司其海外公司粵財控股香港國際有限公司總裁及董事 8 年，主要從事海外投資業務，並曾經就職於美國花旗投資銀行，從事中資企業赴港赴美IPO、境外融資併購、債券發行等工作近 5 年。本人目前所在的紅蟻控股集團下設兩家牌照公司，分別持有香港證監會1號、2 號牌以及 4 號和 9 號牌，長期從事跨境資產的股權或債權的投資、融資、併購及不良資產收購及處置等一線工作。本人是第二屆大灣區傑出青年企業家、第六屆中國老年學和老年醫學學會老齡金融分會的副總幹事、大灣區金融研究院（香港）院長、前海創新研究院副秘書長、浙江財經大學中國金融研究院香港分院院長、粵港澳大灣區智庫成員，深圳市青聯委員，大灣區聯合會會長、大灣區青年專才協會副會長、香港中國金融協會理事、香港中資證券業協會會員。

Ph.D. in Applied Economics and served for eight years as president and director of Guangdong Guangdong Fortune Investment Holdings Limited, its overseas company, Fortune Holdings Hong Kong International Limited, the financial holding platform of the Guangdong provincial government. Mainly engaged in overseas investment business, and once worked in the United States Citigroup investment bank, engaged in Chinese enterprises to Hong Kong and the United States IPO, overseas financing mergers and acquisitions, bond issuance and other work for nearly 5 years. I am currently affiliated with the Red Ant Holding Group, which has two licensed companies holding Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission No. 1, No. 2, and No. 4 and No. 9. I have long been engaged in the front line of investment, financing, mergers and acquisitions of equity or debt in cross-border assets and the acquisition and disposal of distressed assets. I am the second Distinguished Young Entrepreneur of the Greater Bay Area, Deputy Director General of the Aging Finance Branch of the 6th China Gerontology and Gerontology Society, Director of the Greatest Bay Area Financial Research Institute (Hong Kong), Under-Secretary General of the Qianhai Innovation Research Institute, Dean of the Hong Kong branch of the China Institute of Finance at Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics, member of the Greater Bay Area think tank of Hong Kong and Macao, member of Shenzhen Youth Federation, president of the Greatest Bay Area Federation, vice president of the Association of Young People's Experts in the Greater Area, director of the China Finance Association in Hong Kong, and member of the Chinese Securities Industry Association in HongKong.

現任華夏基金（香港）數字資產及家族財富管理主管。 25年成功發行亞洲第一個香港證監會批准合規RWA產品-零售代幣化貨幣基金。 24年成功發行亞洲最大比特幣和乙太幣現貨ETF，領導團隊參加所有香港金管局央行數位貨幣和穩定幣沙盒。 23年創立亞洲RWA工作組，受聘為香港數碼港創業顧問委員會委員及Web3創科孵化基金顧問。曾擔任高盛集團證券部執行董事，在紐約波士頓香港工作期間完成超百個企業上市IPO及二級市場融資專案。香港理工大學金融科技博士，長期給監管部門虛擬資產政策建言獻策。在中國財政部直屬出版社出版了全球首部中文RWA專著《RWA與通證化》。

He is currently Head of Digital Assets and Family Wealth Management at China Assets (Hong Kong). 25 years of successful issuance of Asia's first Hong Kong SEC approved compliant RWA product - retail tokenized monetary fund. Successfully issued Asia's largest bitcoin and ether spot ETF in 24 years, and led the team to participate in all the Hong Kong Monetary Authority central bank digital currency and stable currency sandboxes. Founded the Asia RWA Working Group in 23, and was appointed as a member of the Hong Kong Cyberport Entrepreneurship Advisory Committee and a consultant of the Web3 Incubation Fund. He was the Executive Director of the Securities Department of Goldman Sachs Group, where he completed more than 100 IPOs and secondary market financing projects in Hong Kong, Boston, New York. He has a PhD in financial technology from Hong Kong Polytechnic University and has long advised regulators on virtual asset policies. The world's first Chinese monograph on RWA, "RWA and Tokenization," was published in the press directly under the Ministry of Finance and Political Affairs of China.
